Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at 4'C or below; Freezers operating at -18'C. NOTE: Front display cooler replaced. Good. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket for wiping rags. - General food storage practice satisfactory. - 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing. NOTE: Walls/outer surfaces of sinks to be cleaned on a more regular basis as agreed at this time. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility had improved. Good.
