Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Collars for blizzard cups used while blending the icecream were used in left in unsanitary condition by the handsink.
- Collars were rinsed in the handsink, sometime left in the handsink basin and reused.
- Employee is unsure of the frequency to clean and sanitize the collars
Corrective Action(s): - Collars must be rinsed in rinse sink only. Store them in a clean tray beside rinse sink.
- Every two hours clean and sanitize all collars in the dishwasher. During that time use single use disposable collars.
- DO NOT rinse collars in handsink as it is designated for handwashing only

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handsink in cake area was blocked with knife and cake decoration tools at the start of the inspection
- Handsink near drive thru' window was missing liquid soap.
- Handsink in ice cream and blizzard side is blocked with food debris and backed with due to that.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that all designated handsinks are supplied with liquid soap and paper towel at all times and are only used for handwashing. NO rinsing is allowed at the handsinks.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee preparing blizzard drained the backed up handsink and without washing hands went on to prepare blizzard
Corrective Action(s): - Wash hands with soap and warm water, dry with paper towel every time before touching food

- Handsinks at back and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - front drink cooler, blizzard, smoothie, milk coolers and walk-in cooler are maintained at temperatures less than 4C
- All freezers - walk-in, three upright cake freezers, line freezer and front display cake freezer are ll less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is measured greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in buckets and at three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm concentration
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish surface
- NO pest activity at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
