Follow up inspection: -Upright cooler was at or below 4 degrees C(2.4 degrees C on the right hand side and 3.9 degrees C on the left hand side at the time of inspection). -Person in charge mentioned that they had coolant added to it. -Cooler was equipped with a thermometer to enable regular temperature checks.
