Note: Facility was without power at time of inspection due to an emergency situation. There were only two cold holding units functioning at time of inspection as they were being powered by a backup generator. All other coolers and freezers were not on and did not have any food inside. Two door cooler (with backup generator) at 3.2 deg C Upright freezer (with backup generator) at -16 deg C Dishwasher not functioning as no power avialable No meal service permitted at this time
