Operator changed the sanitizer solution to a new bottle, primed, but still unable to get any residual. Corrective Action(s): Service dishwasher ASAP. Must be capable of dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual. Facility is to use single-use utensils and cups until the follow-up inspection takes place. Date to be corrected by: April 19, 2024. Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: During the inspection, a leak under the 2 compartment sink was observed. Source of the leak is unclear at the moment but did not seem to worsen during the dishwashing cycle. Corrective Action(s): Contact landlord to inquire about leak.
