Observation: Low temperature dishwasher unable to dispense chlorine residual for sanitizing. Operator changed the sanitizer solution to a new bottle, primed, but still unable to get any residual.
Corrective Action(s): Service dishwasher ASAP. Must be capable of dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual.

Facility is to use single-use utensils and cups until the follow-up inspection takes place.

Observation: During the inspection, a leak under the 2 compartment sink was observed. Source of the leak is unclear at the moment but did not seem to worsen during the dishwashing cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Contact landlord to inquire about leak. Keep EHO updated on timeline for repair.

No changes to operations since last routine.
