Observation: Deli - hansink cluttered with soiled containers. Meat - single use towels not kept inside dispensers at front handsink.
Correction: Handsinks are to be kept accessible and free of clutter. Single use towels are to be kept inside dispensers at all times.

Reinspection based on the previous Inspection Report.
- Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food/ingredients are being stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Sanitation: Improved. Cleaning schedules are to be established and maintained. An increased effort is required to ensure all areas are being kept clean and organized. Exterior garbage bins are to be kept covered at all times. Any debris on the ground is to be cleaned up asap. Routine cleaning behind/under equipment and shelving in to be conducted. Overall sanitation is part of an effective rodent control program.
- Handwash Stations: Improved.

Ensure all food contact surfaces and implements are being cleaned and disinfected after use. All items are to be kept stored in a sanitary manner.
