Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The ice machine was clean.
The ventilation hood is scheduled to be professionally cleaned next week.
The dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine. Check daily.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
