-Follow-up inspection to July 20, 2021. -Revised floor plans have been submitted. -Shelving units have been moved and handwash station was accessible by the meat cutting staff. -Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Sanitizer spray bottles available in each food preparation area. Sanitizer spray bottle properly labelled and tested 272ppm to 700ppm DDBSA and 704ppm to 1875ppm lactic acid. Test strips are available on-site. -Knives are no longer being stored between the wall and table. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order issued July 20, 2021 have been met. Correction Order has been rescinded. -Prior to completing any future physical or operational changes, contact the Health Department for approval. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
