Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walkin cooler at 3c.
Front line coolers at 4c or below.
Front freezer for fries at -18c.
Walkin freezer at -18c.
Chicken hot held at 63c.
Rice hot held at 70c.
Mashed potatoes at 60c.
All temperature logs are available and recorded daily.
Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration.
Dishwasher reached 100ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms)
REMINDER: All employees should be washing their hands between different task.
Overall sanitation is adequate (see above noted violations for details).
Cleaning schedules are available.
Ventilation hoods are in sanitary condition.
Operator has provided professional commercial cleaning company report. Commercial cleaning company completed the following on October 1, 2018: All walls, ovens hoods, air diffusers, grils, light lenses, kitchen tiles, dinign area, baseboards and ceiling tiles.
Pest control is in place and being done twice/weekly.
Abell Pest control is contracted for pest control inspections/reports.
Copies of reports were provided to Environmental Health Officer during this inspection.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection. Activity was noted on pest control report.
All areas were investigated during inspection which includes under all equipment, dishwashing area, walk in cooler, dry storage etc.
Back door is closed with screen door installed.
The following requires operators attention:
1. See above noted violations.
2. Ensure to remind all staff about cleaning procedures.
