Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bean sprouts and cut green onions stored on ice bath water measured with an internal temperature of 16C. Ice bath was not in contact with the food inserts. This is an repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Add more ice water into the container to ensure food is immersed by ice water bath.
