Comments

At this inspection there were 5 children, the Manager and a staff person present. At this inspection, the above contravention was identified.

The following was discussed with the Manager:
Ensuring all children, including the Manager's child is signed in and out on the attendance sheet
Antiseptic wipes containing medicinal ingredient in first aid kit not to be used on children
Nap time supervision and cleaning of bedding linens
Staff did not have a site-specific CRC - Manager explained that she has attempted to process the CRC but receives an error message at the end. The Manager has contacted the CRRP and has advised her to attempt again

The contents of this report was discussed with the Manager and a copy was provided on Dec. 1, 2021. This report was written off-site at the Tri-Cities Health Protection office and time spent includes report writing.
