Have staff complete a FOODSAFE Level 1 course who work on shifts where no other employee or Operator with FOODSAFE Level 1 training are present; Correct by March 27, 2020 and send their FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate to the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.

Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Staff were washing their hands after money transactions and prior to preparing food.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a labelled spray bottle.
Prep. table was sanitized after use by a staff member during the inspection.
Walk-in-cooler and other refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held rice was at or above 60 degrees C in the rice warmer.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Pizza dough was saran wrapped.
