-Ensure that the cheese in the front cooler and the spices stored at the front are labelled with the store name, the product name and a contact number.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
