Change of name and change of ownership last year. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water. Liquid soap and paper towels will be provided by the leasee. City of Abbotsford responsible for fume hoods and building itself. All equipment turned off. Season does not start until April 2020. Concession to be cleaned and sanitized prior to start of season. Pest control in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Re-inspection prior to start of season.
