Cleaning of the back storage room and walk-in cooler floor has been completed. Ensure these areas are thoroughly cleaned as part of your regular cleaning scheduled so that this level of organization and sanitation is maintained.
Mouse droppings have been cleaned up. Additional traps have been set and a hole in the corner is scheduled to be covered. Continue to monitor for further activity.
Drain on 3-compartment sink has been repaired. Racks above 3-compartment sink has been cleared/cleaned so that they are available for air drying dishes.
Temperature of hot dogs was 70C. Temperature records of food products are being recorded. Temperature records of equipment are inconsistent.
Liquid soap and paper towel were present in dispensers at handwashing station.
