Follow-up inspection to RPT# JMAA-B63TW8. - Sink inside washroom has been repaired. Sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels - Operator states that he wishes to serve drip coffee in the future. This is acceptable provided that only take-out cups are used, the coffee is not a speciality coffee (e.g. latte, cappuccino), and that pre-packaged creamers are stored inside your cooler unit. Contact the EHO before you begin offering drip coffee No additional concerns at this time. Ensure that you continue monitoring for rodent activity, label all items that arrive, and keep all items off the floor. Thank you for your co-operation.
