Routine Inspection Conducted:
- Hand washing stations in the back kitchen and washrooms equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Prep coolers and walk in cooler at 4C or below
- Walk in freezer at -18C
- Hot held miso soup and rice at 60C or above
- Bleach sanitizer solution in containers measured at 200 ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50 ppm chlorine during final rinse cycle
- Sushi rice roller machine is taken apart at the end of daily operations and fully cleaned and sanitized
- Food is stored off ground and protected from contamination
- No pest activity observed during the inspection
- General sanitation of facility is satisfactory
