Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 21, 2020 (Report MLOO-BL2UHF)

- General sanitation has been improved. Continue to keep on top of cleaning.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available. Ensure this is always prepared prior to beginning food prep. Prepare fresh sanitizer every 2 hours or when it appears murky.
- Temperature logs maintained. Continue to maintain on a daily basis.
