Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cleaners with bleach is used to wash and sanitize equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain bleach to prepare the sanitizer at 100ppm chlorine solution to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces. Cleaners with bleach is not an approved sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels at the main handwashing station.
Corrective Action(s): Install paper towel dispenser at the main handwashing station. In the meantime, provide paper towel rolls and place near the handwashing station. All handwashing stations are to be supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.

Observation: One of the delivery gates is broken. Another gate has a sizeable gap at the bottom of the gate.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the broken delivery gate. Install a rubber seal to fully seal the gap at the area noted above.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- The packaging equipment is disassembled, washed, and sanitized with bleach solution at 100ppm. The equipment is to be washed and sanitized after each food item to prevent cross contamination of allergens.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing of utensils (i.e. knives, cutting boards, scoops) and bulk bin. Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm.
- Random food items checked for best before dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area has adequate wire racks and dry food items are stored at leasts 6 inches off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity. Regular pest inspection conducted on a monthly basis. Email the pest reports to the health inspector for review.
