A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Freezer was -22C; thermometer present; temperature is checked daily.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Disposable hair nets, face masks and gloves worn. Ensure all are changed and thrown out once a task is completed and a new one started.
- Bleach used to sanitize surfaces. Bleach was present but no solution present at time of inspection as production was occurred.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- All equipment, utensils, containers and surfaces in good working order. The paint is wearing away in some areas of the floor. Plan to reseal the floor in the future so the concrete doesn't absorb foods and liquids.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- All in order.
