Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Operator informed that in-use utensils are washed and sanitized every 30 minutes. No method of tracking.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Remove soft drink crates underneath shelving units for ease of cleaning. Soft drink crates must not be used to support shelving units. If shelving units are compromised, it must be replaced. Corrected by: October 12, 2023.

Overall, facility is well organized.
