A roll of paper towel is hung on the shelving rack beside the sink. Correction: - Ensure paper towels are readily available in the dispenser. Repair/ Replace the dispenser. Comments

A new paper towel dispenser has been installed. Handsink is fully equipped now. QUAT dispenser has been serviced but now the sanitizer is reading at 400ppm. This is too strong. Manager to adjust the sanitizer level manually to make it 200ppm. Test strips are available. Dispenser will be repaired again today as per the manager.
