Just purchased beef roast (raw) moved to lower rack of cooler and placed in tray as requested during inspection.
Freezers functional
Bleach found in rag bucket measured at 100ppm
Another rag bucket found with both bleach and detergent. Do not mix chemicals! The bleach becomes smelly and ineffective when it reacts with other chemicals
Dishwasher reached 25ppm - see above violation
Hot held gravy on water bath on stove measured 60C
A used aluminum can was being used to hold oil - discarded at time of inspection. Do not reuse or store food product in cans
General sanitation satisfactory. No evidence of pests
Front beer fridge measured at 9C. Unit adjusted and milk products moved to back cooler. Do not use for hazardous foods until it can maintain 4C or below.
