Routine Inspection Facility was not in-use at the time of inspection. -Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. -Bleach available for surface sanitizing. Bottles are labelled. Make a fresh solution each time kitchen is used (1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water). -Cooler at 4 C or below. -Freezer at -14 C. -General sanitation satisfactory. -Dishwasher was not tested at the time of inspection. Ensure it reaches a temperature of 71 C/165 F on the plate surface during the final rinse or reads 82 C/180 F on the gauge. Please reach out to your Environmental Health Officer to inquire about temporary food permits for any special events where food is prepared in this kitchen for the general public.
