Routine Inspection
Facility was not in-use at the time of inspection.

-Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
-Bleach available for surface sanitizing. Bottles are labelled. Make a fresh solution each time kitchen is used (1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water).
-Cooler at 4 C or below.
-Freezer at -14 C.
-General sanitation satisfactory.

-Dishwasher was not tested at the time of inspection.
Ensure it reaches a temperature of 71 C/165 F on the plate surface during the final rinse or reads 82 C/180 F on the gauge.
