Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of all coolers including front prep coolers (x2), walk in cooler and front beverage cooler recorded at or below 4C.
- Inserts with pesto sauce and chicken were probed and recorded at 3.6C and 4C respectively.
- Walk in freezer recorded at -15C.
- Hot holding units with soup recorded abobve 60C.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found satisfactory.
- All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold runningwater, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in spray bottle and at the dispensing unit.
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food handling practices were found satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Feb 2, 2024).
