-Follow-up inspection to August 03, 2024. -Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Operator stated monitoring stations and bait were placed throughout the facility. Areas affected by rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact pest control services if issues persist of worsen. -Upright cooler is properly organized to allow for air flow throughout the cooler unit. Cooler was at 4C. -Mandolin slicer were found to be clean and sanitary. Staff are properly disassembling the slicers for cleaning and sanitizing. -Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Sanitized spray bottle was properly labelled. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19
