Corrective Action(s): Degrease, clean and sanitize the vent hood as per approved sanitation plan and submit photos of the vent hood to the health inspector for verification. Ensure to clean the vent hood more frequently to prevent grease/dust build-up.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Stand-up freezers at or below -19'C
- Pizza Preparation cooler at 4'C (top and bottom)
- Beverage display cooler at 3'C
- No hot-holding on site
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X2) measured at 200-400 ppm QUATs concentration
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs concentration
- Take-out and single-service containers only
*Note: low-temperature dishwasher is available but not in use (parts are on order)
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- All equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
