Observation: 1) Opened bags of some dry goods are being stored directly in the rolling bins. Some of the bins have the sugar/flour spilled inside the bin.

2) The exhaust hoods were serviced in Dec. 2017 and the posted sticker indicates that the next servicing date is June, 2018. But the hoods were not serviced in June.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure that the bins are being cleaned regularly.

2) Look into when the hood was serviced last and whether you require twice a year servicing as discussed. If you do, then get the hoods serviced.

-Hand sinks are fully equipped.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is 71 degC at plate level
-Pot washer rinse temperature is 71 degC at plate level
