Observation: 1. Saran wrap packaging was observed stored directly on top of the grease trap. The grease trap is contaminated. (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION)
2. Some storage food items in walk in cooler do not have food grade covers or lids to prevent contamination, such as sliced potato and cheese cake.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure to not store food, utensils or equipment on the grease trap. The grease trap stores old grease and sewage, therefore it is contaminated.
2. Ensure all food products are protected from contamination with food grade lids or covers. Correction required today.

Observation: Orange home depot buckets were used to store food inventory in walk in cooler (cumumbers). These containers are not food grade and not suitable for storing food.
Corrective Action(s): Replace these buckets with food grade containers with lids or covers. Do not use these buckets for future food storage or food processing. Correction required in one month.
