Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher not dispensing any sanitizer, 0 ppm reisdual chlorine was detected on surfaces of dishes after several runs.
Corrective Action(s): In the meantime while dishwasher is being repaired, staff to manual dish wash in the 3 compartment sink following these steps: 1 Wash with detergent 2. Rinse 3. Sanitize with chlorine bleach solution (min 100 ppm). 4. Air Dry
