Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Perishable foods (cartons of creamer and various sauces) were stored at approximately 8-10°C in the small glass door cooler in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all perishable foods in this cooler if stored for more than 4 hours. Otherwise, move foods to a working cooler capable of maintaining food at ≤ 4°C

- All coolers (except small glass door cooler) are ≤ 4°C
- All freezers are ≤ -18°C

- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level.
- Glasswasher is available. 100 ppm chlorine residual detected.
