COMMENTS - No evidence of pest infestation in back storage area, on shelves in front including baked goods, rice and chip storage shelves - Facility in GOOD sanitary condition - Pest program in place - all traps empty at time of inspection - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius - All prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous food items stored in up off floor minimum 6 inches in back area and in front - Baby food and Baby formula randomly audited - found to be within expiration dates. Discussed with Supervisor and these items are audited by London Drugs Staff
