Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rubber mat observed to be stored under the working station infront of the oven. Rubber mat is designed with multiple holes which lead to debris and food material being stuck there.
Corrective Action(s): Operator removed rubber mat from premises and cleaned the area mentioned above.

- Vents observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Food protected from contamination and labeled in walk in cooler
- Food stored in pest proof containers
- Proper cooling practice observed (inside walk in cooler)
