Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer ( Oasis 146) was found stored in one of the spray bottles labelled "Orange Force". Some other spray bottles noticed without proper labels in janitoroal room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all spray bottles of chemicals ( cleaners, sanitiziers, degreasers ) are accurately labelled. Staff should periodically check the spray bottles to ensure proper labelling is in place.

Comments

*Do not use any push pin etc to affix recipe cards or notices on walls above food or utensils storage areas.
* Minor cleaning required to clean the fan covers in walk-in cooler.
* Spills of dry food items ( quinoa grains) noticed in the floor drain located in dry storage room. Clean the drain and cover it with a
solid drain cover.

Walk-in cooler at 2 degrees C.
Sandwich preparation coolers below 4 degrees C.
Hot holding of soups and gravies > 60 degrees C.
"Simply to Go" cooler at 4 degrees or below.
Beverage coolers below 4 degrees C.
Drawer coolers underneath the grill registered 3-4 degrees C.
Walk-in freezer below -19 degrees C.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser, spray bottles and in red buckets tested 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse: 73.4 degrees C at the plate surface. Good.
Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Dry storage areas clean and well maintained.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
No signs of pest(s) noted at the time of inspection.
