Follow up inspection:
-Single-use take-out containers, single use utensils, and food storage containers were stored in the extra enclosed under-the-counter coolers, which are not used for food storage at the facility.
-Affected areas were cleaned to remove the rodent droppings.
-One dead mouse was observed inside the Chef's office area next to the cafeteria. Ensure the dead mice are removed from traps, staff continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity (droppings, dead/live rodents, holes in the structural facility, gnaw marks, ripped food packaging etc.) during each day of operation, and continue to implement pest control measures discussed and noted on the routine inspection report on February 28, 2018.
-Code 205 is still outstanding from the routine inspection report as the front gates between the cafeteria and school have gaps/spaces in it and are an entry point for rodents to enter the food premises from the school. Ensure that all entry points are completely sealed to prevent rodents from entering the food premises.
