-domestic washer in-use -ensure the sanitizer light is always illuminated for each cycle

NOTE: thermometer at food level in fridge is broken and should be replaceds

Chemical Controls:
-Lysol wipes in use -regular bleach brand only -do not use scented versions

Reviewed cooling methods -alternatively you may want to use an ice wand instead of smaller portions to increase cooling rates
