Follow-up inspection conducted from the routine on March 20, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BAFTJB). Storage of food products has improved from the routine - all items observed in kitchen area were off the floor - good Bleach solution in sanitizing bucket located in the auxiliary kitchen was at 200 ppm chlorine residual Rodent activity has significantly decreased since the last inspection: Garage area still has some old rodent droppings underneath a mechanical box - ensure that you remove all of the droppings with 1 part bleach, 9 parts water 3 new mechanical traps installed in the garage did not contain any rodents at time of inspection Corners of the garage area have been sealed NOTE: Some old traps no longer in use were still present - manager has told the old professional pest control company to remove these traps from premise.
