Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again, 0ppm chlorine noted in spray bottle. Operator indicated solution was changed by staff last week.
Corrective Action(s): Facility must have bleach sanitizer in spray bottle present at all time while in operation. Operator has the responsilibility to ensure bleach sanitizer is changed and sanitizer is availabe.
Purchase chlorine test strips.
*This violation is noted in three consecutive inspections, since opening. Correction order issued. Failure to comply will result in further enforcement action.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Soap dispenser at front handsink came off the wall, making it impossible to get soap.
2. Boxes are places in front of back handsink making it hard to access.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator replaced dispenser with another pump style handsoap. Ensure handsoap is available at all times.
2. Handsink must be accessible at all times and must not be blocked.

New freezer noted in back kitchen. Temperature noted at-2oC. Operator is planning to sell ice-cream starting summer. Ensure scoops are placed in freezer while in use and changed every 4 hours.

Discussed manual dishwashing procedures with operator. Bleach sanitizer is used after washing and rinsing. Dishes are soaked in sanitizer for 2 minutes, then air dry. Ensure all surfaces are soaked for 2 minutes.
