Comments

-Renovations completed and seating was added to the unit next door. A new washroom was added to the new unit. No issues observed with the renovations.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C
Bleach sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
