All infractions have been corrected -All foods removed from hot water tank room -for cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment -Raw meats/seafoods/eggs stored down and away from other foods -No double stacking of foods without a barrier inbetween -Cleaning has occurred under fryers -these hard-to-reach areas must be cleaned at least weekly -all the way to the back -Back screen door closing all the way -no gaps observed
