302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No QUAT detected from the wall-mounted QUAT dispenser in the meat department. Corrective Action(s): **Issue correcte during the inspection** Staff noted that the QUAT container was a little dented and the tube was likely sucking out air into the dispenser as opposed to the disinfectant when operated. Staff managed to corrected the issue and 200 PPM QUAT was detected after the correction. Staff said he will likely change out the dispenser container. Violation Score: 5

Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units and walk-in cooler noted at 4C or below. 2 QUAT spray bottles were noted in the meat department work area. Both detected with 200 PPM QUAT. Organization and sanitation excellent. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
