General:
- back handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- front handwashing station requires paper towels, but paper towel dispenser of back handwashing station is within reach
- operator is switching from bleach sanitizer to quat sanitizer; both sanitizers available and measured 200ppm chlorine and 200ppm quats respectively
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine
- no obvious sign of pests at the time of inspection
- general sanitation is satisfactory
