Observation: - Thorough cleaning required in the following areas:

- Grease and food debris accumulation on equipment (coolers/ freezers) surfaces.
- Grease and food debris accumulation under, behind, between cooking equipment.
- Grime accumulation on floors in kitchen and storage rooms.
- Food debris and grime accumulation on floors and walls.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean above noted areas and all other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
- Work on regularly maintaining a higher level of sanitation at all times.

- Most recent pest control service report (dated 15-Jan-2024) reviewed. No concerns noted.
- Continue to monitor for pest activity. Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control service technician.
- Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.
