Separate tanks available for holding crustaceans and bivalves. Tanks in satisfactory condition.
All cooler temperatures at or below 4 degree C.
All freezer temperatures at or below -18 degree C.
Shell fish logs and tags maintained up to 18 months.
Temperature logs for coolers maintained. Ensure that water temperature for tanks are checked and documented daily.

Handwashing stations supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
3 compartment sink is used for manual ware washing, but was not set up for ware washing at the time of inspection. Discussed with staff how to manually wash dishes.
QUAT sanitizer from dispenser registered at 200ppm QUATs.
Staff was instructed to fill QUAT sanitizer bottle from the dishwashing station to ensure that concentration is registering at 200 ppm QUATs.
General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection.
