Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-CXUSR6 of Nov-23-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Mulitple wiping rags in use without sanitizer prepared. Test strips not available to staff to test prepared sanitizer strength. Correction: All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia, to be verified by test strip). Provide test strips to verify Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer concentration.

Weiners stored within cooler units. Butter warmer 83 C Wiping rags stored in 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Premise cleaning conducted. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain premise sanitation. Pest proof barriers in place. Staff indicated sanitizer test strips are arriving later today included with deliveries.
