Routine inspection was conducted. Handsink was fully equipped with soap and paper towel. 3 Compartment sink was available. QUAT sanitizer was measured at 200ppm. Coolers were measured at 4C or below. Freezers were measured at -18C or below. High temperature dishwasher was measured 73.4C *Ensure all food item in the coolers are covered.
