Observation: Walk in cooler operating at 10C during inspection. Facility staff aware of malfunction, and cooler was not being used for food storage

Note: meat thawing in this cooler system not to be left overnight. Move to another cooler, process, or back into a freezer.

Chest freezer (back) has been turned off, emptied, and waiting to be cleaned. Don't allow to sit too long as mould will grow with existing moisture
Sanitizer found in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine
Ready to eat and raw foods prepared then frozen for sale
Temperature records on site, and accurately maintained.
General sanitation good. No evidence of pests
Note: a fair amount of unused equipment in the back. Some to be brought home, others to consider removing.
