Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw shelled eggs were stored at the top level of the refrigerator.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure raw eggs are stored below ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Eggs were moved to the bottom shelf at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 5C/-16C. Cooler was being opened and closed during lunch prep.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C.
-Foods are served shortly after cooking - held for less than 2 hours.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the glass surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Canned foods in the dry storage area were found to be in good condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until September 19, 2026.
