Follow-up to inspection report # MBEK-CMWV2F. Sausage rolls / potentially-hazardous items not observed within warming unit. Sausage rolls are stored in display cooler below. Hand sinks accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Bleach water sanitizer measured 200 ppm chlorine. Dry storage and hard-to-reach areas observed to have been thoroughly cleaned and organized since the last inspection. Thermometers available for cold holding units. New thermometers obtained for units missing thermometers. Probe thermometers on site. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
