-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temp within requirement; Hot-holding not in use at this time.
-Temperature monitoring system in place; Records available.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory but sanitation level could be improved.

NOTE: Facility in operation only during events/sessions. Normally in the evening/weekends during the season.
NOTE: Delivery came in just before inspection. Ensure all food products requiring refrigeration are put away first -> frozen products -> dried goods/snacks/pops..
